Where I can find DAPLink for MIMXRT1064-EVK?

Not sure what you exactly mean, but the DAPLink is embedded on the i.MX RT1064-EVK, see First Steps with the NXP i.MX RT1064-EVK Board | MCU on Eclipse . You can use it with the the DAPLink firmware or (what I prefer) as a LPC-Link2 (see as well above article).

I am looking for DAPLink firmware for MIMXRT1064EVK

After using firmware for RT1060, my board appears to upload programs but not running the program uploaded.

I have search this page:

OpenSDA Serial and Debug Adapter|NXP 

but RT1064 not appears listed. Is not available?
