Freescale changed the format of the Kinetis part number when the part went to production. The PK series are pre-production parts.  The MK60DN512ZVLQ10 is the functional equivalent to your part.

Hello,

I use latest version of CW V10.2 + update and I have not encountered a problem with selection of such package. Could you please specify what version do you use?

Donwload page:

Thanks for your answer.

I'm using:

- CodeWarrior for MCU
Version: 10.2
Build Id:120126

And when I want to choose the device package (Project -> Change device/Connection), the only packages that I can select are (in Kinetis K60):

MK60DN512ZVLQ10 144 pins LQFP

MK60DN512ZVMD10 144 pins MAPBGA

MK60DN512ZVMC10 121 pins MAPBGA

MK60DN512ZVLL10 100 pins LQFP

And my device package is PK60N512 VLQ100. So, where I can found it? Or I can use another to replace it?

Thanks.
