Using USB CDC causes a Watchdog Interrupt

I'm using the USB CDC with the k22f12810 part and after 10-15 writes of data using "USB_Class_CDC_Send_Data()" the program stops at the watchdog interrupt.  The watchdog is disabled at the beginning of the program.

Any suggestions?
