I am using MK60FX512.
At some point, the connection is not working.

Verified that reset-b pin is low.

So I thought it was a lock, Initialization attempted.

"Kinetis Design Studio 3 IDE" , " J-LINK " , " Uvision5 "

But it doesn't erase.

Is there a way to erase the device?

It looks you did the right thing with the J-Link, or tried the obvious things. On top of this: there is the 'resurrect' action in the NXP MCUXpresso IDE starting from v10.2.0 on, see https://mcuoneclipse.com/2018/05/20/overview-of-mcuxpresso-ide-v10-2-0/

I had cases where the device ended out of reset very fast in a non-responsive mode (like if you enter low power modes or un-muxed the SWD/JTAG pins), and the J-Link was not able to get hold of the MCU . What helped me in those cases was using the P&E Universal Multilink instead, see

https://mcuoneclipse.com/2021/05/20/recovering-cortex-m-microcontroller-with-a-power-glitch/

You might try to power cycle your MCU the same way and get a chance to get hold of the MCU with the J-Link too, but that might take some time.

I hope this helps,

Erich
