What kind of Class do you want to implement to your boards?
You can download one Host Class example for one of your MK22 board and download the same Device Class example for the other. Examples are compliant and should work without problems.
Please, take a look to Kinetis SDK examples located at:
<KSDK_1_2_PATH>/examples/frdmk22f/demo_apps/usb and you can find the same Class example for Host and Device.
