Hello,
I am having a lot of trouble getting a handle on USB Hosting high speed support in the NXP lineup. From what I can tell, a handful of devices ( K20_120, K60_120, K70_120) advertise high speed USB, but from further inspection it sounds like perhaps I need an external PHY. Are there any Kinetis-series ICs that support USB 2.0 High Speed Hosting without external hardware?
Thanks,
Steve

Hello Stephen,
K65_180 and K66_180 MCU include an internal USB (HS/FS) PHY, you can give a look to their respective information for more details: ARM Cortex-M4|Kinetis K66 180 MHz 32-bit MCUs|NXP and ARM Cortex-M4|Kinetis K65 180 MHz 32-bit MCUs|NXP .
Also, if you want to validate the chip, there is Tower system (TWR-K65F180M) and Freedom board (FRDM-K66F) that are fully supported in Software Development Kit for Kinetis MCUs|NXP .
Hope this helps!

Isaac
