The question about km34z256vll7 AFE module

Hi,
I am using km34z256vll7 in my project. In the ΣΔ ADC + PGA specifications, the
VCM range is 0~0.8V and VINdiff range is ±500mV(gain=1).

And I want to know if the input voltage over the range but under VDD,
will the  AFE module  be damaged?

Hi Robin,

No the AFE itself won't be damaged, but the ADC result will be saturated, so you will be unable to measure the voltages above the specified range.

You are right that it must be below VDD.

Can you tell me the maximum and minimum input range of the AFE pins,if my input voltage is below zero, such as -2V,will the AFE damaged?
