TWR_SER2 board weird behavior

Hello,

i have TWR_SER2 board and the attached schematic for it.

I tested the ULPI_CLK output on transceiver itself by shunting the JP24 to get 3.3v from USB supply.

I checked the USB3300 reset signal and it is low (active high).

I check the ULPI_CLK output and it is 3 KHz instead of 60 MHz as said.

At this point, i am not sure what's happened yet, maybe i missed something, but i check the schematic many times.

if there is nothing can be spotted by NXP support, can i get a replace TWR_SER2 board?

Thanks,

Henry

Hello,

i am sorry for your confusion.  it is the measurement problem.  i had the time base too low and it alias to a slower frequency; set the time base to 2.5 GS/s and 1 M points, it shows 60 MHz.

Thanks,

Henry

I can send back the TWR_SER2 board to NXP.
