TWR-K70F120M Pen drive example and boot loader example

Hi everybody, I have bought the TWR-K70F120M to evaluate the kinetis arm mcu. I would like to have a pen drive example to read and write file and a boot loader example to flash mcu via usb. Thank you everybody for assistance. Have a nice day. Claudio
