Source of LLWU wakeup from VLLS3 on K60

Hello,

Please find the attached for screenshot.Apparently,the WAKEUP bit in "Mode Control" register is set to 1.However,i do not know which module caused that reset.I have associated couple of timers and a couple of IO pins to LLWU module to wake up K60 chip from VLLS3 mode.

Is there a register to know which peripheral or IO pin triggered LLWU module to reset the K60(which i assume is waking up K60 from VLLS3 mode)?

To know which  wake up source caused the reset you need to check registers LLWU_F1, LLWU_F2 and LLWU_F3
