A customer needs to program a binary file for Kinetis K10 family through JTAG interface. I don't have any settings for boot-loader to program through UART.
Do we have some utility for that purpose?

I am a little confused. From what I understand, the most simple way for stand alone programmer is the "Flasher ARM":

If you are using the JLINK, you can use the software under JLINK driver, eg, JLINK commander with command: loadfile xxx.bin.
