My partner is desperately looking for your product MCF5329CVM240, but acc. to the info received from your official distributors this is an obso product, thus either not available from stock or the expected lead time is extremely long (52 weeks).

Could you please help me out by offering a similar product with the same / similar technical content?

If you could provide the technical specifications that are required for your application, I will be able to have a better insight for a suitable alternative to the MCF5329CVM240.

However, bear in mind that the 52 week lead time is not exclusive for this part number. The semiconductor shortage has affected the production of all MCU’s alike, so any alternative I may provide will most likely still be subject of long lead times.
