The customer only needs to use one ADC, one PWM and two GPIOs, and wake up through the S9KEAZN8AMFK RTC alarm clock after sleep. Can it be guaranteed to be within 300uA? Is there any related routine? Thank you.

The S9KEAZN8AMFK chip has three modes: Run, Wait, Stop. If the sleep mode you mentioned is the one marked in the red box below, then it is indeed the wait mode.
Please refer to the Data Sheet of it. In the Table 4, you can see below content. They all exceed 300uA.
If you're referring to the STOP (SLEEP DEEP) mode, it is below 300 μA.
