[S32R274] Question about Flash Memory Sector size

Hello, 

Would you let me know whether can I erase an internal flash which has a sector size?

I could not find any information of flash sector size on data sheet.

MCU : S32R274

Hi,

smallest portion of flash which can be erased is a block. Size of the blocks varies from 16KB to 256KB. See excel file S32R274_Flash_Block_Assignment_Rev7.xls (tab NVM) which can be found attached inside the reference manual:
