I need a version of MQX 4.2 with the .sh files for compiling. In the rep from github, there are not those files.

Sorry, MQX 4.2 is no longer available & superseded by v5. please refer to below link for more details

For legacy MQX version, you can try to contact Embedded Access, the owner of MQX now. if it can provide a package for you. but not sure
embedded-access.com
or create a ticket to nxp technical support.
