Reliability data for KEAZN64 micro-controllers

Hi,

We are using a Kinetis microcontroller (the exact reference is S9KEAZN64AMLH) in a project. The microcontroller is used to implement a basic safety function, mostly diagnosis.

Does NXP have reliability data that could be shared on the KEA64?

Any support on these topics would be very helpful.
