Recommending Arduino shields that work with the FRDM board

What are the preferred shield boards that hopefully come with headers I can solder on and won't short out any power pins on the FRDM board?  I see a lot out there that say Arduino but they come in all shapes and sizes.   http://shieldlist.org/

FRDM board is compatible with Arduino Uno R3
