RTC_LDD component

I want to generate a sequence of random number so i want to use the internal clock of this software, but i dont konw how to use the component RTC_LDD, anyone can help me? It seems like the input clock frequence can not be set to 1 sec but the notification said that it must be 1 sec. So i am a bit confused about that..
