Question about K10 ADC precision (TUE) in 16 bits mode

In K10 Sub-Family datasheet, only Total Unadjusted Error (TUE) for 12 bits ADC mode is defined, but not for 16 bits mode.

Is this characteristic is known from Freescale ?
