    I would like use your MCU with 8MB external RAM for a demo kit. PSRAM datasheet as attached.

Which one mode can support it?

Kinetis family K8x ARM Cortex-M4|Kinetis K82 150 MHz Secure MCUs|NXP , family KL8x ARM Cortex-M0+|Kinetis KL8x Ultra-Low Power MCUs|NXP and some of family MK2x Kinetis® K2x USB Microcontrollers (MCUs) based on Arm® Cortex®-M4 Core|NXP  have suppport for QSPI in memory features.

In LPC MCU you can find lpc43xx or lpc54xx, please check our web page to see what MCU is more suitable for your specific application.
