Problem using KWIKSTIK-K40

I'm using Kinetis KWIKSTIK-K40 demo board where I'm facing problems while programming the device. When I connect it say USB device not recognized. Tried to give the path of the .inf file for driver but it did not install the driver and hence, I'm not able to program the Flash on the device. Please suggest what shall I do to resolve it.

Have you ensured which Kwikstik version do you have? Have you verified if this case corresponds to the described on “KWIKSTIK_07: Failure to Power from J-Link USB” section of the KwikStik-K40 Hardware Errata Rev. 5 document, available at the following link:
