Power supply Freedom Board K64

Good Evening everyone,

I have a simple question, I need to power up an external component with 5V or 3.3 V, but I have no idea if there is a pin that can menage it (like the Arduino) and if there is what do I have to look for in the datasheet.

Please download the Schematics of your FRDM-K64F board.

And then you can search the Net to find those pins.
