Not able to access FTM2 and FTM3 Module

Hi NXP,

As I am trying to access the FTM2 module of Kinetis KE1xF and trying to update the  Status And Control (FTM2_SC) Register. 

But as I write to this register, by creating the object for FTM2 I am getting a Hard Fault. Similar it is with the FTM3 module also.

Please provide me any inputs on the above issue and refer to the below snips:

Have you enabled the FTM2 (or FTM3) clock gate in SIM_SCGC3?
