Which Freescale devices have the Thin Film Storage (split-gate nanocrystal NOR) built-in?

Are the development boards for those specific devices?   And, is the TFS available as a stand-alone commodity-type device, perhaps for use a memory expansion and additional data storage?

TFS is present in Kinetis K devices as built-in flash (ARM Cortex M4). There are several evaluation board for those MCU, you might want to take a look:

For your second question, I haven't heard anything about external Flash NOR based on TFS.
