NAND Flash is different with NOR Flash, Kineits NAND Flash controller Supports all NAND flash products regardless of density/organization. There with no memory size limited with NAND Flash.

I am planning to use 1 Tb NAND Flash.

So as per your explaination NAND Flash controller of K70 will able to address 1 Tb NAND Flash ?

Yes, the K70 NAND Flash controller is able to address 1Tb NAND Flash.

It also need the file system to support that  amount size NAND Flash.
