MTTF/FIT

Are MTTF/FIT values available for the Kinetis L series at all? Specifically, I'm looking for the MKL17Z64VFM4.

I would like to use it in a design but no reliability data is a dealbreaker...

Thank you. The document you provided doesn't include the MKL17, but it's good enough.

It would be great to have this information freely available on the website! (I hope I didn't overlook it. I tried to find it for some time...)
