I was in EW 2017 in Nuremberg and a technician said me, that if you use MKW41Z512 integrated circuit you must to license the PCB. Is it true?

There is not license needed to design your PCB in MKW41. Your board and antenna need some specifications to be able to work. you can check our schematics designs in the nxp page.
