MKV58F1 HSADC missing values

Hi,

I have a problem with HSADC on MKV58F1. For values ​​between 2047 and 2053, there is a sort of dead zone. I can't get intermediate values ​​of just 2047 and less or 2053 and more.
The problem occurs with both HSADC modules.
