MKV31F256 write/read from 0x00 to 0x100

Hello I'm using this device and I'm developing a custom program application to write in flash, but after writing to it in addresses from 0x0 to 0x100 (less than a sector) I'm not able to read my values, but only after a while. It seems the new values need something to become available. I have this problem only with this part of flash, because in the other addresses I don't have it. 

Is this area reserved? Or a particular one?
