MK22FN512VLL12 replacement part

Hi,

is there pin-to-pin, feature-to-feature compatible replacement for MK22FN512VLL12 in stock?

I tried MK22FX512AVLL12, but unfortunately our device with this MCU refused to work right after the boot - FX512AVLL12 doesn't have IRC48M that is used in our firmware to generate all the clocks (core, usb).

I need 120 MHz from internal reference (no crystal on the board), USB full speed peripheral, FlexBus for external static RAM, random number generator.

I couldn’t find pin-compatible alternatives with the same or higher characteristics and the 48Mhz IRC.

Depending on how much of the Flash you are using, you may try with the 256kB Flash variant (MK22FN256VLL12). It would be a longshot as you most likely are using more than 256kB, which is why you chose the part you are seeking.
