Hello,

I am looking for documentations describing the way to solder, position, and solder paste thickness for the MAPBGA 121pins pitch 0.65.
I have found the AN4982 for MAPBGA in general, but do we have something more specific for K2x or Kinetis BGA121 packages?

I am afraid that we do not have the specific soldering process document for Kinetis, BGA121 package. Anyway, I am attaching the LFBGA121 package file for your reference. Do not know if is helpful, if not, please feel free let me know.
