MCU_Grounding DDR pins

Hi,

I’m using an MCU with part number: MK61FN1M0VMJ12. Could you please let me know is it mandatory to ground all DDR_DQ lines if DDR interface is not used.

Hi,

If the DDR interface is not used, the DDR_DQ lines could be left floating.
