     what is the Maximum Flash cycles KEA-128 controller can withstand and will not wear out?

Hi VIGNE SH BALAJI,

From the KEA128 datasheet, you can get that the Flash Program/erase endurance is typically 100K Cycles, the max data is not gave out, we also don't have it.
Flash have the lifetime, it is the character of the flash.
So, when you evaluate this chip's flash cycle, please use the typical data, this data is guaranteed.

              Can you help me in Getting the max data for Flash Program/erase endurance? Also can you say under what conditions the Flash Program/erase endurance test was taken???

There is not max spec.
