License Reset Request: S32DS ARM v2.2 - OS Reinstall Issue

Subject: License Reset Request: S32DS ARM v2.2 (for KEAZ128 MCU) - OS Reinstalled (Win7 to Win10)

Hello NXP Team,

I am requesting a manual reset for my S32 Design Studio for ARM v2.2 activation for the MCU KEAZ128.

Issue: I recently formatted my Windows7 machine, moving from Windows 7 (32-bit) to Windows 10 (64-bit). Because of this change, the software was not deactivated before the machine formatted.

Error: When I try to return the license via my NXP online account portal, I receive the error: "Returning the license is not allowed."

Request: Could you please reset the activation count for my license so I can activate it on my new Windows 10 installation?

Activation Code: I have the activation code, if required I will share it your team.
