LCD Interfacing with K60 micro-controller

Hello,

      I'm interfacing lampex lm16200 lcd with K60 controller. During initialization i'm able get the signals on data lines of lcd operating in 4- bit mode.

But when I send "wake up" command, i'm getting a response of "cursor-on & blinking- on".

Can any one suggest me where the problem is?

Would you please help to tell me the "wakeup" commend data format? Sorry, I did not see it in its datasheet. Thanks.

Hi Paul,

For LCD , the command to wake up is 0x03. Thank you for helping. Now my LCD working. The problem was with data lines.
