Hello does anyone know about when datasheets and reference manuals on KInetis K60, K40 series would be available online ? Or this documents are under NDA ?

Have you tried the Kinetis K Series MCUs Information Center ?

It contains the latest technical product information about the Freescale Kinetis ARM® Cortex-M4 MCUs, and it's quite easy to use... give it a shot :smileywink:
