Hi,

I can not find the documentation for the connection diagram via NFC and 8-bit NAND Flash chip.

How to connect the data bus ?  In 8-bit mode used NFC_D0-NFC_D7 or NFC_D8-NFC_D15?

NFC_D0 - NAND_D0

...

NFC_D7 - NAND_D7

or

NFC_D8 - NAND_D0

...

NFC_D15 - NAND_D7

Best regards, Andrey.

Hi, Andrey

You can connect to FB_D0 - FB_D7.

Thank you for quick answer, but you sure to FB_D0 - FB_D7 ? May be NFC_DATA0 - NFC_DATA7, because at TWR-K70F120M-SCH.pdf  16-bit NAND Flash connected to NFC_DATA0-DATA15, not to FB_D0-D15.

Best regards, Andrey.

Hi Andrey,

In NFC 8-bit mode, please connect  NFC_D0-NFC_D7 with external 8-bit NAND Flash device.

Wish it helps.
