Kinetis Device is locked

Hi,

I am using MKL16Z256VLH4 controller, when trying to download code ,getting message " Kinetis device is locked ! Do you want to unlock it ? Mass erase will be executed ! ". see below

 Clicking OK or Cancel displays message: " Cannot access memory".

I have tried it in keil with ULINK-ME 

how do i unlock please help.

Hi,

Do you have a Segger J-Link tool on hand?

If yes, I would recommend to download and use Segger J-Link Commander tool to unlock KL16 chip.

I don't have J-Link tool, I'm using Ulink2/ME..how to unlock with this tool
