Is there a TAP device available to allow CodeWarrior to attach to the JTAG on my (future) production Kinetis board (like with my 56k devices)?
And is there a device available that allows the flash to be programmed thru the ezPort?
Let me rephrase the question:
1. What hardware/K60-feature do I need on my board to bring up a production K60 board?
2. What tool connects my production board to CodeWarrior?
3. What tool can I use to program the ezPort? Would it be the same tool as 2?
I have pretty much the same questions; in addition, for #2, what else is needed to allow debugging the code from CW on a production board?
The kinetis device is supported by a few JTAG BDMs that support debugging and programming. Search for the following:

Any of these should work with the "standard" 10-pin or 20-pin JTAG interface. You can look at the Freescale demo boards for example connector circuits.
