KS22 marking

Hi all,

We've bought few kinetis KS22 for a custom board.

Chips are marked M22U8VFT. We expected MKS22FN256VFT12. As the µcontroler doesn't start, we wonder if Farnell sent us the correct components. And usally, Nxp's chips have the correct marking on them.

What do you think of that ?

Where you can provide us a picture of the top marking

However, Farnell is one of our authorized distributors you shouldn't have a problem with the product since M22U8VFT stands for device part number MKS22FN256VFT12
