K66 ADC routing

Hi.

I designing a split ground high gain PCB and want the ADC to measure a buffered signal on the far en of the analog ground.

I attached two drawings of how I can route the signal to the ADC. I'm not too concerned about the resolution or quality of the measured signal. But I'm very concerned about contaminating the high gain / high impedance analog circuit.

What would be the best approach?
