K65 and P&E Debugger connection issue

I am getting this error while trying to connect to the K65 eval board 

I see in device manager 

So PE debugger is detected properly 

Is there any setting i have to do prior using the debugger, Please suggest

Hello ANIL RAYAN,

Please download the newest drivers available for the PE debugger and install them while the debugger is connected to your PC.
