K64 and k66 are pin compatible?

Are the K64 and K66 Kinetis processors, both in the 144-pin package pin compatible?

I have seen in the datasheet that they are pretty similar, but just to be sure.

There are some pins like the 23 that has different functions

for K66

For k64
