K60D100M eval board

Hi,

I am trying to use external interrupt on K60D100M eval board using small processor expert program. I use SW1 (IRQ0) with low level trigger. It works okay. However when I try to use SW2 (IRQ1) same configuration, external  interrupt event handler keeps on repeating. Is there any difference between those two Ports ? Looking at schematic I see no difference in circuit.

I figured out. Port E needs a pull up register. I enabled and it is working now
