K60 LQFP Package: When?

A non-BGA package would be easier for us. It was announced, when will it be available? 144 pins.

There are some chips available in 144 pin LQFP package now:

* PK60N256VMD100

* PK60N512VLQ100

* PK60X256VLQ100

Now, these are only samples. Production is expected to begin by Q3, 2011. This is not a deffinite date, but an approximate.

Are you working on a project for a company ?

Yes, I see that now the "Buy/Parametrics" page offers the TQFP package.

We are evaluating this component for some industrial control boards. Mainly it should be a Eth to CANBus gateway.
