妳的問題範圍太廣了,單單用回復,我想是不能包括所有內容的,建議妳最好去看參考手冊中關於OSC和MCG章節的內容。

还有妳能不能具體告訴我,想用內部參考時鐘生成什麽樣的時鐘模式,這樣我就可以告訴妳具體的實現方式啊!!

Your question is still not clear. I suppose you wish to use internal slow IRC (32kHz) to generate 120MHz core clock, right? If so, then this is not possible. Using internal clock, you can just use FLL which has maximum output of 100MHz. You will need to use PLL for 120MHz and PLL requires external clock, for external clock, you will need to use the internal oscillator when connecting a crystal.

You can use FLL in MCG module to achieve 100MHz core clock with internal 32kHz OSC. Configure MCG_C4.

Hi,

Which part for internal OSC you want to know? I suppose you are referring to the main oscillator instead of RTC OSC, right?

For the main oscillator, there are different oscillator modes, low frequency, high gain, low power, etc. And you can configure the exact mode used with MCG_C2 register.

For the different mode, the external circuit connection is also different, please refer to OSC chapter for detailed information.
