You could find SPI example under CW v10.4 folder:

C:\Freescale\CW MCU v10.4\MCU\CodeWarrior_Examples\Processor_Expert\Kinetis\TWR-K21D50M\SPI

you can obtain samples in our website, regarding a development board for this part, you can use TWR-K21D50M which is available in our website too.
