K10 VREFH/VREFL Input Capacitance (ADC Problem)

Hello,

Has anyone experienced a similar problem with ADC inputs on the K10?  The steady-state value in the center of the display is the voltage I'm trying to read.  The ADC is reporting the value at the bottom of the spikes - in this case ~79 mV too low.  Perhaps I need more capacitance at the input, or less capacitance on the VREFH/L pins?  Any advice will be appreciated.

Hi Scott,

I'd like to suggest that the Vrefh should be stable voltage as possible, and please refer to AN4373 which about how to get the best performance of ADC.

I've also included the application note with this reply and check it.
