Is there any method to delete Program Flash IFR?

I understand the purpose of the Program Flash IFR Program Once area is to be able to only write once to this non-volatile storage, but is there any way to initialize this memory via debugger? I have tried mass erasing the part (KW24) with no success as the IFR bytes I wrote persist.

No, actuually this register can not been see & edit in memory map. Customer can only read the IFR values by the corresponding command.
