Is it safe to connect undefined voltage level (e.g. 1.5 V for 3.3 V MCU) on input pin of Kinetis MCU?

Base on analog issue, I think it will not damage anything. But base on digital logic, it might cause incorrect operation.

Safe in what sense? A 1.5V input won't damage the part.
It may cause higher power consumption.
